Get accurate measurements, we recommend you re-check your size with every purchase..

For most of our styles, the most important measurement is your hip size to get the right fit. It is also useful to check your waist measurement for certain styles. Please take a look at the product description for a guide.

If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up (e.g. from a size 10 to 12) for ultimate comfort.

1. Place Your Feet Together

Having your feet apart can give a measurement that is actually larger than your hip area.

2. Waist

Your natural waist measurement should be taken at the narrowest part of your torso. This is where your body curves in and is often at or above your belly button.

3. Hip

Your hip measurements should be taken at the fullest part of your hips.

You might want to think twice before using pads, tampons and antibacterial-treated products.

Amazing Secret Fabric Discovered By Sniff Tester Absorbs Your Heavy Flow, Combats Odour, Eliminates Antibacterial Coating… And Can Help You Feel Clean And Fresh All Day

Warning: this may leave some people feeling deeply disgusted. Just to prove it works we did it anyway and we cracked the code to odour control WITHOUT intentionally adding chemicals.

they say...

"I don't know what they put in these pads, but they make me smell worse."
"I had to change the pad every 2 hours because of the smell."
"I feel self-conscious around my partner because of the odour."

Let's face it: nobody wants funky smells. But most of us don't want to smell like a walking chemistry lab either. Especially not down there, where things are sensitive.

fun fact:

Did you know that the skin in your private parts can absorb toxins and chemicals faster than other areas of your body?

Chemicals in period care products, such as fragrance and bonding adhesives, pose a non-zero risk of skin absorption and harmful side-effects. Even odour-proofing antibacterial treatments eventually fade with washing, leaving us with limited odour control and potential health risks. No thanks!

Now imagine all those washed away chemicals leeching into our oceans. It's a fair dinkum dealbreaker.

enter bamboo

... with its natural antibacterial properties, moisture-wicking abilities, and sensitivity to skin. Plus, it's eco-friendly and biodegradable, unlike disposable pads and tampons that take hundreds of years to break down in landfills.

While some studies have found antibacterial inactivity in natural bamboo fiber, they didn't test the fabric with menstrual blood. So we were wondering: "Okay, but does it actually work?"

it actually works

We did our own subjective, non-scientific "sniff test" with real dried menstrual blood to confirm findings – and trust us, they really work! Our gussets made from bamboo/cotton without added antibacterial treatments had significantly less funky odours than those made from polyester with added chemicals.

We even stress-tested our absorbent core, with heavy bleeders, and found that our bamboo fabric design not only absorbed more flow but also had significantly better odour control.

Combining bamboo with our quick-wicking Lenzing Modal first layer, which also has antibacterial properties, creates a cracking combo that keeps you feeling clean and fresh during that time of the month.

That's why we choose our uniquely sourced and custom made specification of bamboo fabric combined with Lenzing Modal. Each fabric is much more effective because of how they work together. They wick-away, absorb more and care for our skin, our health and our loved ones.

We're all about keeping it real down under.

PS: We performed the "sniff test" on many different users to ensure the accuracy of our claims. However, everyone's experience is unique, and we didn't test all types of women with different health situations.

PSS: if smells persist, we recommend you go get it checked out by a doctor.
