Get accurate measurements, we recommend you re-check your size with every purchase..

For most of our styles, the most important measurement is your hip size to get the right fit. It is also useful to check your waist measurement for certain styles. Please take a look at the product description for a guide.

If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up (e.g. from a size 10 to 12) for ultimate comfort.

1. Place Your Feet Together

Having your feet apart can give a measurement that is actually larger than your hip area.

2. Waist

Your natural waist measurement should be taken at the narrowest part of your torso. This is where your body curves in and is often at or above your belly button.

3. Hip

Your hip measurements should be taken at the fullest part of your hips.

is period underwear worth it?

STOP using any of those old-school disposable period products until you read this…

Let’s have a chat about the sneaky hidden risks. From dodgy chemicals to hefty lifetime costs, we're about to spill the beans on some truths that might make you rethink your period care strategy.

It's time to tackle the elephant in the room - the discomfort like itching, skin irritations, rashes, chafing, sweating, and stressing about unpleasant odours.

Beyond the initial discomfort, it's worth sussing out the hidden financial and health costs tied to our choices.

1. Chemical Exposure: Researchers say traditional feminine hygiene products often contain plastics, adhesives, and chemicals like PFAS, PFOA, PFCs, Phthalates, and Volatile Organic Compounds. These substances can mess with hormones, stir up bacterial dramas, and throw your pH balance out of whack, causing all sorts of grief.

*Note: no added chemical nasties exist in [pee chee cheex] period undies.

2. Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS): TSS can happen to anyone. Government sources say it is mainly associated with tampon use and caused by toxins produced by certain strains of bacteria. Reported cases are few and far between, but why roll the dice? Have you ever heard of the Lauren Wasser story? She says she lost her legs to TSS from using a tampon "in spite of the fact I had been using the product as directed”. And her social media posts tell you she's not alone. It's a real shocker.

*Note: in [pee chee cheex] undies, the fabrics touching your skin and absorbing your flow are made from natural fibres. Our undies undergo thorough testing by a top global company to ensure no added harmful chemicals are lurking around.

3. Work Productivity and Efficiency: Using traditional disposables can sometimes be a hassle, making it harder to concentrate at work or school due to discomfort or too many loo trips. Period undies are comfier, offer longer-lasting protection and give you more confidence, which can help you work better.

*Note: the best thing about [pee chee cheex] is you can wear them for much longer than regular pads and tampons with its super-absorbent core and patented leakproof design.

4. Daily Hassles: Traditional products might make you feel like you're always tied to the bathroom, stressing about leaks. This can throw a spanner in the works for your day-to-day life and muck up your plans.

*Note: our Regular-Heavy absorbency is designed for On-The-Move.

5. Limited Movement: Bulky pads and tampons can cramp your style during physical activities, making it a real hassle to move around.

*Note: [pee chee cheex] 3D comfort gusset is shaped to be thin around the leg areas without sacrificing protection.

6. Money Matters: Over time, the total cost of disposable products, replacement sheets and undies, and extra laundry can put a strain on your monthly cash balance.

*Note: [pee chee cheex] period undies are built to last like your fave pair of undies. All you need to do is follow our care guide to make sure you're taking good care of them.

7. Lifetime Costs: When you add up the expenses of disposable products, replacing stained sheets and undies, and handling extra laundry, the overall lifetime cost of traditional period care products can reach up to a whopping $10,000 or more.

*Note: most of us spend up to $180 to $240 a year on period care. With [pee chee cheex] Bikini Regular-Heavy 4-pack (on sale), you'll break even in 6 to 8 months. Want more freedom? Grab the 7-pack (on sale)and it pays for itself in a year. (Shop Switch & Save Multipacks below)

8. Problems with Disposal: Chucking away used period products in public places without proper facilities can be a bit of a headache and awkward, making things even more inconvenient.

*Note: when your [pee chee cheex] have had a good run, you can sustainably get rid of them. At least 85% of each pair of undies are biodegradable and compostable.

9. Impact on the Environment: Disposable menstrual products harm our environment a lot. Plastic applicators, packaging, and pad backings can hang around in landfills for centuries, causing lasting damage to our planet. According to National Geographic, plastic-centric products "will live on for at least 500 years"!

*Note: [pee chee cheex] Lenzing Modal fabric is responsibly sourced from managed forests to minimise environmental impact. Derived from beech trees, it conserves resources and uses 10-20 times less water during production than cotton. Wearing [pee chee cheex] supports sustainability and protects natural resources. Best part: at least 85% of each pair of undies are biodegradable and compostable.

We're all in this together because we care about ourselves, our family, and our besties, don't we?

PS: let’s talk sense… and cents. Most of us spend around 15 to 20 bucks monthly on disposable period products. That’s made up of two packs of pads and or tampons (three plus if your flow is super heavy), which is about five bucks a pop, plus a pack of liners. Bottom line? You're looking at $180 to $240 a year, easy. And that's just for the basic stuff (not the cotton or overnight or extra-long wings).

PSS: Now, here's the genius. Our Bikini Regular-Heavy 4-pack is only $119 during the sale. You'll break even in 6 to 8 months. Want more freedom? Grab the 7-pack from $189, and it pays for itself in a year.
